When you hear the word chiropractor, what comes to mind? Probably someone adjusting your back or neck. And while adjustments are one tool we use, they're only one part of what chiropractic care can look like.

At Rambow Movement Co., we believe good care starts with understanding the person in front of us. Not just where it hurts, but how it started, how it's affecting your life, and what you'd like to get back to doing.

Because chiropractic care is about more than your spine. It's about helping people move, function, and participate in the things that matter to them.

First, we're musculoskeletal healthcare providers.

That means we assess and manage concerns involving your muscles, joints, nerves, and the way your body moves.

Back pain? Absolutely. But chiropractic care can extend well beyond that.

We commonly see people dealing with:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Headaches associated with neck or musculoskeletal concerns

  • Shoulder, hip, knee, and other joint pain

  • Sports and running injuries

  • Muscle strains, stiffness, and recurring discomfort

  • Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain

  • Persistent pain or difficulty returning to activity

And sometimes, the most important part of our job is recognizing when something isn't a musculoskeletal problem or when another healthcare professional needs to be involved.

We believe knowing when to treat, when to investigate further, and when to refer is just as important as knowing how to treat.

So, what actually happens during chiropractic care?

There's no single treatment that works for every person or every problem. That's why we start with an assessment, not an adjustment.

Exercise and rehabilitation- this is a big part of what we do.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or working toward a physical goal, exercise can help you rebuild strength, improve your capacity for activity, and feel more confident in your body.

That might mean learning a few simple exercises you can do at home, gradually returning to running, or working through a progressive strengthening program in our rehabilitation gym.

And no, you don't have to be an athlete to benefit from rehabilitation.

Maybe your goal is running a half marathon. Maybe it's picking up your grandchild, getting through a workday more comfortably, or feeling confident going for a walk.

Those goals are all worth working toward.

Education and understanding

We think this part deserves more attention.

Pain can be confusing, especially when it persists longer than expected or doesn't have an obvious explanation.

We want you to understand what we find during your assessment, what your options are, and why we're recommending a particular approach.

We'll talk about what pain can and can't tell us, how to modify activity when needed, and how to gradually build your confidence in movement.

Our goal isn't to make you dependent on appointments. It's to help you develop the knowledge and tools to manage your health with greater independence.

Does that mean chiropractic care is just for people in pain?

Not necessarily.

Pain is one of the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care, but your goals might also involve returning to sport, improving your tolerance for physical activity, or maintaining strength and mobility as you age.

We work with people at different stages of life and activity, from active families and recreational athletes to people who simply want to keep doing everyday things comfortably.

Your care should reflect where you are right now and what matters to you.

What makes our approach different?

At Rambow Movement Co., we don't believe healthcare should be something that simply happens to you.

We believe you should be part of the conversation.

That means taking time to listen, explaining our findings, being honest about what we can help with, and making decisions together.

Sometimes that includes hands-on treatment. Sometimes the emphasis is on exercise, education, or modifying how you're approaching an activity. Often, it's a combination.

And when another provider or further medical assessment is the better next step, we'll tell you.

We want you to leave with more than temporary relief. We want you to leave with a better understanding of your body and a plan for moving forward.

Chiropractic care, built around you.

Whether you're dealing with an injury, navigating persistent pain, or looking to stay active for years to come, we're here to help you figure out your next step.

We're Dr. Delaney and Dr. Orin, the chiropractors behind Rambow Movement Co. in Morden, Manitoba.

We built our clinic to bring chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and movement together under one roof.

Curious whether our approach might be right for you?

We'd be happy to meet you.
