Dr. Delaney is a caring, energetic chiropractor passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Growing up playing competitive sports and rarely sitting still, she developed an early interest in movement that led her to study Kinesiology at Lakehead University. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2023, graduating magna cum laude with a Sports and Rehabilitation Emphasis. Her involvement in the Motion Palpation and Rehab 2 Performance clubs helped shape her approach to hands-on care and active rehabilitation.
Dr. Delaney began her career in Barrie, Ontario, gaining experience in private chiropractic practice, personal training, and working with competitive hockey and lacrosse teams. She dedicated three seasons to youth athletics as the Trainer for the U18 AAA Barrie Jr. Colts, earning Trainer of the Year honours in the 2025–2026 season.
Her additional training includes Webster Certification, Functional Integrated Acupuncture and Dry Needling, and the McKenzie Method for low back concerns. She has a particular interest in working with high school athletes, as well as supporting patients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, including completely external, non-invasive pelvic floor therapy.
Dr. Delaney enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, especially those with goals to achieve or activities they’d love to return to. She combines hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, and education to help patients build confidence and create lasting change. She believes healthcare should be collaborative, empowering, and maybe even a little fun!
